SUBJECT: SUGGESTION TO BELL OUT FROM ECONOMIC CRISES / DEFICITS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD

“HELP OTHERS TO HELP YOURSELF”, MONEY IS NOT MUCH MATTER, AN IDEA MATTERS SO MUCH MONEY BY GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD.

An Idea with true positive attitude – intellect- sincerity – faithfulness – to wards your Mother Universe – has enough Power to divert the trend of destruction of the World to the trend of Construction of World, and is the most important requirement of the present World, because present trend of the destructive World has brought the world’s economy to deficient to that extant as blaming each other all developed countries where as they all have been competitions each other developing destructive energy only.

As I explained in initial paragraphs, truth itself is Almighty God who always gives you fruits of seed which you sow in this Universe after a time intervals. “As you Sow, So you reap”: is “the law of Nature” the mightiest strength of “Almighty God” and no one, let be the king or beggar can be escaped any where, in any region or religion by performing any types of rituals to be pardoned for the deeds committed knowingly or unknowingly.

The careful examination of your own thoughts, feelings and reasons for behaving in a particular way, these situations are best resolved with the minimum of introspection or self-analysis. Purify your own soul, others will be purified themselves automatically after having considered of your purity in true intension of welfare of Humanity of the World & Universe. No one in this world is fool who will not understand your true intention of welfare of the world or your own selfish welfare. Firstly selfishness has to be abolished from the top the world’s leader to remain at top of the world, than followers will follow same trend.

This accumulated destructive energy/power of various kind in whole world (in competition –in greed of more power relative to each other countries) is that much enough to destroy the whole of world more than two hundreds times. One question arises, if in case this destruction starts any time and if one time the whole world is destroyed, then what is the use of rest of the destructive energy left over? Where & who will use this left over destructive nuclear power and power of various kind destructive, capable to destroy more than 199 times, when all of the World would already had been destroyed? Then what for this nuclear and other various destructive war “heads” have been developed that much in quantity? What for that wealth, man-power, intelligence, researches, time, and other expenses wasted? What is use of satellite space station establishment, spending trillions of dollars/year, when children dying of hunger on this earth? Which might have created disturbances in whole world economy like recession- unemployment – economic crises – debts in all most all developed countries even? Is it wise – intelligent – profitable investment of hard earned wealth – administration – management – ruling - greed of more power of  this whole World, where hundreds of millions human beings poor, not even having bread the basic need to survive, dying of hunger every day in millions in whole of the World?

Thinking some one fool is the biggest mistake of Human being, where as almighty God has bestowed Mind to each & every creature of this world to save their generations till their last breaths, may some one be innocent to understand your selfishness for some time, as clouds covers some time SUN, ultimately clouds disappears and Sun rises again, same way Truth may be not understood by most of innocent peoples at a time, but once they understand your selfish welfare programmed, you stand nowhere, very soon comes down from Top to bottom.

Always make some strict – justified – non-partial –unselfish- transparent True Principles to have control of all Administrative and Managements activities in whole of the World, never keep your both foots in two different boats. If a country or particular group of community has become dangerous for welfare of the whole World, being at the top or the most power full leader of the world, your immediate responsibility is to abolishes that from this earth with out hesitation or getting afraid of any consequences, as you are justifying in line with “Law of Nature or Almighty God” will always support and bestowed with his Almighty Grace & power to justify for welfare of nature.

Therefore in all religious Books of the World, there is prohibition of accumulation of wealth more than your requirements and donating a part of extra wealth of your requirements to your sub-ordinates or less privileged for welfare &upcoming- meeting educational-feeding their stomach-having shelters-clothes etc to an extent to live at-least surviving their generations. Imagine, how must they be feeling in their hearts when their own child is dyeing with lack of food or medicine, the basic needs to survive?

TRUE DEMOCRACY IN WHOLE WORLD

A true, honest, sincere, devotional hard work, ideology / attitude / efforts towards welfare of humanity for the entire world have enough power to divert the entire destructive trend of the world to constructive & beneficial trend of the entire World.

The laws of Nature, “the flow of everything good or bad has to be from top to bottom" it is never from bottom to top. There fore justification from top must be total impartial to any cast, creed, region, religion, country, zone etc, otherwise the entire world has to face aftermath, and even generations of the Honorable Justices cannot be at liberty from the clutches of “the laws of Nature, ultimate Almighty God.”

World’s Economic Imbalance:

The main root cause of imbalance economical conditions of developed countries is: their mind set focused towards researches, developments, production of more advanced technological destructive power of different kind by most of the countries and investing their economical, intellectual manpower in all destructive energy accumulations which has become enough to destroy this entire world more than two hundred times. This mindset of the countries had developed just after Second World War, was over. We should had analyzed, root cause of that war and prepare ourselves for constructive purposes, peace and harmony for future.

First  root cause: is some un-justice done to meet their selfish motives, knowingly or unknowingly with some one-cast-creed-group-religion-region-country by some one-cast-creed-group-religion-region-country, some where-some times, may be long before, not able to remember the instances even or even no history available regarding that un-justice.

If we think seriously about it, all destructive energy accumulations seems to be wastages of economical power, intellectual power, and time and so on. We pray to Almighty God, “a part of this destructive energy accumulations must not be used, if one part is used once then who will use rest of 199 times destructible energy for the entire world and where it will be used when the entire world would be destroyed.

 If all above stated economical power, intellectual power, research, development, production would had been focused for constructive means / purposes, just imagine and calculate, where this entire world could have been standing. There would have been no hungers, no poverty, no un-employment, and no war like afraid or in-secure feelings. Everywhere would have been peace, harmony, health, and happiness.

All developed countries of the entire world should follow the principles of "truth, honesty, sincerity, transparent administration, management, and love to each other, peace harmony, being impartial to any cast, creed, region, religion, state, country or to meet any other selfish motto”. These are the principles of “Almighty God" to rule any country / world.

The entire World needs progressive strategies to transform themselves into true & transparent research and development. Ancient time is witness; all situations/problems are best resolved with minimum of introspection or self-analysis peacefully, not with fight/agitations/wars etc., they are always harming to both-selves. As wall street sees no exit from financial woes, but always there is solution in problem itself.

I also have solution to employ all population of the world in constructive purposes only and earn sufficient financial benefits for the entire world. Above stated process of parliamentary operations / affairs etc will ultimately enhance economical conditions of all countries; economical savings will create establishments of constructive purposes' industries, in turn employments to highly educated un-employed youth of all the nations.

Video conferencing technology already developed or can be developed to required standards, to meet all purposes of meeting / parliamentary activities / operations / corporate meeting etc, in which all representatives of Parliament must be able to operate from their respective offices of their own constituencies / corporate offices / small video-conferencing halls (made for public) etc. /  making laws / rules & regulations for the entire world. This will create transparency, will gain confidences between Nations / Countries, will eliminate conspiracies against each other nations or countries, will reduce huge expenses of travelling by leaders of the countries / corporate world / capitalists etc. This process of video conferencing will sure minimize security expenses & risks of their lives while travelling from one place to another for all purpose of meetings etc. and will increase transparency, confidences among each other countries.

“THE NEED OF HOUR” is to change old Democratic laws and working processes of constitutions etc, which constituted for the society of old period, required for old society, with resources available in old period, when we did not have present computerized advanced technology in every sphere of life. Now even rickshaw pullers or hawkers at platforms of any railway station or labors working in any construction buildings also have mobile phones in their pockets. We are continuing with the same old laws, administration, managements to maintain law and order in present stage of computerized advanced technology, of course some time we amend some laws repeatedly to cope up with present situation, but terrorists are utilizing our modern technology against us.

Tell us how many times, can you repair your instrument, equipment, or vehicle like car, if it is not solving your purpose, waste your valuable time, energy, and money and get frustrated with that old rotten goods or anything? Which is not solving your purpose, for which we had purchased it, why should we not re-invent it in to new one? Finally, you decide to change it with new one with advanced technology, more comfort - more peace of mind - economical – safer for you and your own society – state - country or for the entire World.

Same way in spite of old democratic system, may it not be better to have inducement of new Parliament Constitutions with Super Computerized Technology using bandwidth and internet -WI-Fi – video conferencing system for operating and maintaining law and order in Parliaments itself? As seen now a days, common behavior of representatives all over the world, in their respective houses make lot of shouting - break chairs - snatch loudspeakers of Honorable Speaker of the houses even which is so much shame full for the persons who have sent them, like situations can be abolished or brought to minimum, meeting requirements of present society and prevailing conditions to have the best administration- management to maintain law & order in each honorable houses of law makers for their states & center - also for the society as per their will and wish to live in as “TRUE DEMOCRACY STATES AND COUNTRIES” and in entire World even, filtering terrorists – different kind of culprits of the society – safer – economical (saving 90% of Government expenditure in travelling – lodging –boarding –security managements for all representatives & officials etc) comfortable – true & transparent – no conspiracy with common person – minimizing corruption in all field of life.  It will also provide privilege to all common persons to vote-out any (corrupt/in-efficient/not full filling his/her promises in period) politician any time with-in a week or month. This process can also punish all above stated culprits to their majority desires/will & wish and recover our losses with in a month or two.

TRUE DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM: Which provides all human beings, equal right, wishes to live their own ways, marriages their own ways as per their own society’s laws or their own will & wishes with secure atmosphere, whenever, wherever they wish and work constructively, achieve goals, using the most advanced computerized technology, and make more comfortable - more beneficial for ourselves and our own world’s society, as advanced - knowledgeable human beings, instead compromising - struggling with all types of corruption in whole of the world in every sphere of life, when we all are graced with so much better mind by “Almighty God”, why should we not utilize all resources & un-employed well educated generations of the world for betterment of our generation of the World ? Moreover, enjoy entire nature’s gifts, “GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD.”

Security measures for Process of True Democracy

Every Human beings or creatures of the World have:

1.         Different finger’s prints

2.         Different eyes’ scan

3.         Different blood – DNA

4.         Different face photo

5.         Different Unique Identification Numbers in at least twelve to sixteen Digits

6.         Different Unique Email ID ( Registering time all bio-logical data, addresses, mobile Nos.,          proofs of data etc must be compulsory) and these certificates must be scrutinized strictly by intelligence agencies responsible and answerable, punishable in case any thing found wrong information in future too).

7.         Different Unique User’s Names

8.         Different Pass Words of his / her own Choices

We can allot every one an Electro-magnetically operated Smart Card, which is to be possessed every individuals at all times, like ID cards. We have advanced computerized technology, which can develop “Electronic Bio-metric Recognizing Machines (EBRM)” to recognize each individual for his / her true identification. Each individual will be asked to keep his / her hands on scanner of “EBRM” for his /her fingers’ print, his / her eyes on scanner of “EBRM,” photo scanner on “EBRM” and feeding unique identification number, email ID and pass word to be recognized by “EBRM”, when did all data get match and recognize / clear by EBRM? Then only he/she can pass through any road / place / airports / railway station or any other places wherever security measures required, sweeping this card through “EBRM” will insure his / her Identity, all terrorists, different types of culprits, or miscreants may filtered out by using these types of “EBRM.” The “EBRM” also could keep the whole records wherever, these cards have been used by security personals or any other individual for any purposes.

Now he / she can also “log on” to official wave site of the Government of that country. At last if there is still problem to logging, put a drop of blood to scanner to recognize DNA, if it matches with “EBRM” data then log in, otherwise individual should brought to security officer or other intelligent forces for further investigations.

Now  he / she will have access to express his / her views/ vote – directly on any subject, while sitting in his / her constituencies for MPs-MLCs-MLAs etc, which will directly be viewed in video conference centers at Parliament houses (Lok Sabha - Rajya Sabha – Vidhan Sabha etc.) which would be interconnected by all logged in cabinet members – MPs – MLAs – MLCs or other persons or at TV sets or video conference centers through their IDs allotted by government authorities after scrutinizing strictly by our intelligent forces responsible and accountable for the purposes, in case of any default, the authorizing officials are to be suspended immediately and losses occurred due his / her negligence has to be recovered from his/her properties or assets acquired during his /her duties total period.  

Speakers of the houses only will sit in their houses with their working staff in front of Video conference screen & computer accessories needed to order to any of person allowed to register/give his views. Whoever MPs-MLCs-MLAs etc wish to register/ask/give their views they will log in official web site sharp time allotted by Parliament for example: 10:00:00 AM and they with their staff will Mark present for discharging their duties present in their offices situated in their constituencies.

If any individual / representative have any question / query / views have to be expressed that will be typed by individual or by their staff on their behalves and will be registered just after they “log in” to the Government web official site. Then Speaker of the house will allow “logged in” individual / representative as per list of registered on the video screen to express/ask any question from the house or any minister by pressing particular MP-MLC-MLA’s button / key on his/her key board of ministers (MP-MLC-MLA’s).

After speaker of parliament / or any other legislative house, allow individual / representative to express his / her views / ask questions etc., then his / her voice can be listened to all members present in their constituencies or video conference hall center set up at different places of countries or at TV sets by general public.

General individuals, Intellectuals, Scientists, Doctors, Professors, and Journalists etc., also should have “right” to access, through “logging in” to official “web site.” and which must be approachable by “registering / entering”, sweeping his / her card in “EBRM” for valid identification of individual and feeding their above stated data’s, for asking / explaining / expressing, his / her views and if required, they all can agree / not agree / suggestions / vote from their own constituencies or from their home (if having apparatuses required for the purpose) or near by PCO’s provided with video conference centers or common person convenient centers ( CPCC ) provided by government to each village or in center of two - three villages, and all apparatuses required for the purposes or offices made for general public to take part direct in to the policies to be made for them.

This system may become as transparent so that every country may approve it. Mobile phones or any other devices such as to create ill deeds, all could be recorded, and person can be easily monitored to reform centers thrice only, after which he has to be punished to till death.

Allow every individual let be any minister or well known celebrity of any country to enter our country through any route - by rail-by air-by Sea or any other transport means possessing this smart card only and confirming above stated datas by Electronic Bio-metric Recognizing Machines (EBRM) placed each every entry gates of all places-like stations-bus stops- Air ports terminal-markets-cinema houses-malls- markets etc all crowded places.

“SECURITY MEASURES”: After passing through above stated  Electronic Bio-metric Recognizing Machines (EBRM), any visitor holding Visa of any kind from other countries by any means –Air  -  Sea—Train or roads has to issued with an Instrument / Device which will be “on” 24*7 during his whole stay in our countries and through these instruments / devices all activities & where about at any moment will be monitored & recorded in monitoring centers through out our countries, if any one found suspected for any ill-conduct to our laws & orders any time, before committing any type of crime, suspected individual can be spotted & arrested with in five minutes or less  time through these Mobile – GPRS  -  Navigation  -  monitoring systems centers installed  at systematic distances so that to reach the spot detected by our instrument  / device transmitters through out our countries. All police post should possess EBRM in hand to interrogate / recognize any passer by anywhere, any one suspected for mis-conduct of any kind.

Almost all criminals / individuals, whoever offending our laws & order would not be able to escaped from these “SECURITY MEASURES and would not be able to commit any type of crime in presence of this monitoring system. These “SECURITY MEASURES” might be  proved to be unmistakable in all sphere of life, which might save lives of thousands of innocent citizens, save expenditures, in trillions of dollars maintaining laws & orders, security managements, time savings  and instantaneously proof available to have justification earliest possible. These laws can be enforced in whole of Worlds’ citizens of any status who ever wish to visit our countries for any kind of purpose, may it be political, business, service or entertainment etc.

The most of countries adopting above stated process, issuing EBRM cards to every individual and utilizing video-conferencing technologies, will be able to abolish minimum 90% corruption from the entire world facing today and will be able to enhance their economical conditions, employing their highly educated youths of countries, as Government expenditure also be reduced to 10% of present system. Government Ministers, high status Government servants and other corrupted personal will not be able indulge in many kinds of swindles /Scams etc.

Reform Centers: Majority Criminals are not born as criminals; they are all born in same way as all other human beings & creatures of the world in this nature. But circumstances like  economical, environmental conditions of their homes, societies, countries, in which they are educated and brought up, treated, un-justified, suppressed to an unbearable extant, by their administrative & managing personal of their homes, societies, countries, make them criminals for their own homes, communities, societies, countries and for the entire world.

Instead of Jails, we require reform centers for criminals of any kind where they will go training from real & true spiritual persons, not like business class spiritual persons. They will be given three chances to reform their ideology, quality and living in society maintaining laws and orders of the society-region-country-world etc wherever they are concerned to.

After first training of reform center, they will be released from reform centers wearing always day or night GPRS locator/monitoring system and recording system to monitor his/her activities for a time interval as per his/her crime committed before coming to reform centers.

If he/she still second time committing any type of crimes, found by means of monitors or other information, again he /she must be sent to better reform centers for longer period than earlier, and go through better training by higher spiritual teachers. After passing out from here he/she has to be replaced again with device SIM like to monitor his/her activities all the time by operation placing this device in to his/her body for longer period to monitor his/her activities from reform centers only.

If he/she still third time committing any type of crimes, found by means of monitors or other information, again highest spiritual teachers available to us must send he/she to the best reform centers for longest period than earlier, and go through the best training. After passing out from here he/she has to be again placed with more advanced device SIM like to monitor his/her activities all the time by operation placing this device in to his/her body for longer period to monitor his/her activities from reform centers only.

 If  he/she is not getting passed out from these reform centers, has to be destructed from this world to save other’s lives and comforts-peace-harmony-security of his/her society - states-countries and world & Universe too.

Perhaps this is the only "Grace of Almighty God" who will abide third world war, create peace, harmony, health, happiness, prosperity, and many more advantages among all countries of entire World. Hope our all the sufferings of the present situations will end through this processes, if all countries follow above stated Principles of "Almighty God.”

It might save our earth from 3^rd World war, (as it was broad casted by India TV News channel at about IST 19:45 hrs dated 19^th October, 2011, that Pakistan is conspiring for 3^rd world war among all countries of the world), and will develop confidence between all countries of the entire world.
